There is hereby incorporated by reference, as if fully set out herein, the Zoning Regulation of the City of Hoisington, Kansas, Edition of 2017, as prepared and published in pamphlet form by Riggs Associates, Lindsborg, Kansas, and as approved by the Hoisington City Planning Commission on March 20, 2017. One copy of said Zoning Regulation shall be marked “Official Copy as Adopted by Ordinance No. 1529 of the City of Hoisington” to which shall be attached a copy of this code section or said ordinance, and filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.

Said regulations have subsequently been amended by Ordinance No. 1534.
