The City of Hoisington does hereby adopt and incorporate in accordance with K.S.A. 12-3009 to 12-3012 inclusive, the Uniform Housing Code, 1982 Edition and all supplements thereto, prepared and published by the International Conference of Building Officials. No fewer than three copies of the Uniform Housing Code shall be marked or stamped “Official copy as incorporated by the Code of the City of Hoisington,” and shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
