A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO.4, RELATING TO COUNTYWIDE RETAILERS’ SALES TAX REVENUE (K.S.A. 12-192(c)) AND MAKING SAID STATUTE AGAIN APPLICABLE.

Section 1. Under the authority of Article 12, Section 5(c)(4) of the constitution of the State of Kansas, Charter Ordinance No. 4 of the City of Hoisington is hereby repealed, and on and after the effective date of this ordinance the provisions of K.S.A. 12-192(c) shall again apply to the City of Hoisington.
